Please Note

Since we deal primarily in hand-woven hemp, there may be some irregularities. Please recognize this as a feature of artisanal hemp fabric.

◆ Returns due to customer preferences◆

We cannot accept returns or give refunds due to customer preferences (eg., the product is different than imagined, etc.).

◆ Returns due to product defects ◆

In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective and meets the following conditions, we will accept returns, and provide refunds, or exchanges.

 

【Conditions】
・The return is within Japan
・We are contacted by email or phone within 3 days of the arrival of the product, which remains unused.
・ The product in question is not made-to-order or custom sized.

<Returns from Japan>
Contact us by e-mail or telephone within 3 days of the arrival of the product you would like to return unused.
Return the product cash-on-delivery.

After confirming reciept of the product, we will process the cancellation and refund.

 

<Returns from outside Japan>
Please note that we cannot accept any returns from outside Japan.
