Right of withdrawal in the EU

For EU Customers (Right of Withdrawal)

Thank you for shopping with us. In accordance with the European Union's "Right of Withdrawal," we have established the following terms and conditions for customers whose orders are shipped to EU member countries. These terms apply only to orders with a shipping destination within the EU.

1) Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product (delivery completion date indicated by the delivery tracking service)  without giving any reason. The delivery completion date is determined based on the tracking history of EMS or other courier services (or the results of an investigation by Japan Post if tracking information is unavailable).

To exercise your right of return, you must notify us of your intention to cancel before returning the product.We strongly recommend that you use the inquiry form for this notification.Regular messages or external communications may be filtered into spam folders or not delivered due to technical issues, potentially causing you to miss the 14-day deadline. Using the inquiry form is the safest and most secure way to ensure your request is logged and processed.

Please note that products returned without prior notification may experience significant delays in verification and refund processing.

2) Refunds and Shipping Costs

After you have notified us of your cancellation within 14 days, and the product has been returned to us and its condition verified, we will, in principle, refund[only the product price].

  • Return shipping costs (customer responsibility): All international shipping costs and related expenses incurred when returning the product to us (Japan) will be borne by the customer.

  • Customs duties and taxes: Customs duties, local consumption taxes, and import fees paid upon import are non-refundable. If you wish to claim a refund for these charges, please contact your local customs office directly.

3) Diminution in Value (Reduction of Refund Amount Due to Opening/Use)

You have the right to inspect the nature and functionality of the product. However, if you handle or use the product beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature and functionality, the refund amount will be reduced by the diminution in value of the product (up to 100%).

    • Actions causing stains or odors (e.g., perfume).

    • Actual use of tableware or cooking utensils, or washing/rinsing them.
