Right of withdrawal in the EU

For EU Customers (Right of Withdrawal)

Thank you for your business. In accordance with the "Right of Withdrawal" in the European Union, we have established the following terms and conditions for customers whose orders are shipped to EU member states. These terms apply only to orders with a shipping destination within the EU.

1) Withdrawal Period

Customers have the right to cancel their contract for any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product (delivery completion date indicated by the delivery tracking service). The delivery completion date will be determined based on the tracking history of EMS or other courier services (or the results of an investigation by Japan Post if tracking information is unavailable).

To exercise your right of return, you must notify us of your intention to cancel before returning the product.We strongly recommend using the inquiry form for this notification.Regular messages or external communications may be sorted into spam folders or not delivered due to technical issues, potentially causing the 14-day deadline to be missed. Using the inquiry form is the safest and most reliable way to ensure your request is recorded and processed.

Please note that products returned without prior notification may experience significant delays in verification and refund processing.

2) Refunds and Shipping Costs

After we have been notified of your cancellation within 14 days, and the product has been returned to us and its condition verified, we will, in principle, refund【only the product price】.

  • Return Shipping Costs (Customer Responsibility):All international shipping costs and related expenses incurred when returning the product to us (Japan) will be borne by the customer.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes:Customs duties, local consumption taxes, and import fees paid at the time of import are non-refundable. If you wish to claim a refund for these charges, please contact your local customs office directly.

3) Diminution in Value (Reduction in Refund Amount Due to Opening/Use)

Customers have the right to inspect the nature and function of the product, but if the product is handled or used beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature and function, the refund amount will be reduced by the diminution in value of the product (up to 100%).

  • Actions that cause stains or odors (e.g., perfume).

    • Items with dirt or damage

    • Actually using tableware or cooking utensils, or washing and rinsing them.
